The Meditation Society of America lists over 100 different techniques, practices and methods. As spiritual teacher Eckhart Tolle states "The 'methods' are designed to facilitate a state of consciousness. At some point we can drop the methods, stop reaching for a new method and simply be in a state of presence." Continuing Meditation Classes offer the opportunity to experience various forms of meditation, mudras & chants, discussion of barriers to peace, and support of transformation through loving kindness, compassion & self-acceptance.
